Yesterday the group got a late start after doing a few hours of yardwork at Robbie´s place. We headed down to the Rio Trancura, one of the most popular classic comercial rafting runs in town. The river had a great flow on the higher side, with big hydrolics and holes. We ran the 4 mile stretch in a few hours, enjoying the whitewater, and one portage around a giant Zambezi-esk class 5 that is rarely run. We ended the day with a great dinner at the house, and during the night a rainstorm moved in. We woke up to a soggy day in the rain and we are opting to sit in hotsprings and drink boxes of vino.
